Delete your News Agency account

Use this page to request deletion of your News Agency (iOS and Android) account and associated personal data. You do not need the app installed.

Cancel subscriptions first

Deleting your News Agency account does not cancel a paid subscription. Apple, Google, or the website will keep charging until you cancel there. Cancel first, then come back here to delete your account.

Manage App Store subscription (Apple ID settings)
Manage Google Play subscription (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions)
If you pay on the website (Stripe), cancel that subscription from Settings. Deleting this account does not stop those charges either.

What we delete

When deletion completes we remove your login, name, email, billing identifiers, email-briefing preference, and related personal information from News Agency. Briefings saved only on your phone stay on that device.

We keep an anonymised internal id so existing records stay consistent. That row has no name or email. Privacy policy

Signed-in deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are completed after we verify the account, usually within a few days.

Delete account

Sign in with the same Apple, Google, or email account you use in the app, then confirm deletion below. If you cannot sign in, email support@news-agency.org with the address on the account. That starts a deletion request without reinstalling the app.
